BURT has proven to be an all-around proficient horse. You can rope off of him, bring in the cattle, show him, or trail ride. He is a super mover, has a nice stop and back, sidepasses, works gates, has a nice turn around, and all that while turning heads - pretty! He has a Huge hind quarter. Easy to shoe, clip, bath and hops into the trailer. Stays tied all day no pawing. Enjoys learning and attention from people. Excels on the trails and willingly leads or follows, goes over bridges, and through water. For ranch work or for pleasure riding you can easily collect or lengthen his stride. Soft mouthed, moves well off of leg pressure, neck reins, and stops on a dime. Burt is versatile and has a solid foundation in technical arena work. Quiet on the trail and he can pony a horse next to him anywhere at all gaits. He would make an excellent kids horse, amateur or family horse.
